Packing


› Export:


For export, about 180 to 200 kg of processed tobacco is packed in cartons and sealed with 3 to 4 plastic straps. Polythene paper sheets are used as liners inside. Sometimes packing material is changed and procedure also varies based on customer requirement.


› Domestic:


For domestic, also known as bale board packing, about 80 to 100 kg of processed tobacco is pressed between two wooden boards and tied with 2 to 3 galvanized iron wires and covered with a gunny bag. In some cases tobacco is packed in bales and thoroughly tied with a rope.


› Storage Facilities:


In warehouses aging takes place which brings many desired chemical changes to the packed processed-tobacco. At our facilities we provide an essential service to our customers for storage because any spoilage affects the quality of processed tobacco and subsequently affects the quality of customer’s end-product.

Packed tobacco is stored tobacco up to 4 levels in Iron grilled racks. We used to do stacking previously in stacking packs at bottom cases receive more stress and become hard so upgraded our ware house facilities.
